The collected information will be used to process your membership and contact you, but will not be divulged or provided to third parties. The KIC collects information about online behavior using cookies. Discussion Groups

The Website will provide a number of message boards restricted to registered members for the discussion of cybercrime issues. Such boards will also allow uploading of files. Choice of Law

These terms and conditions shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, a breach of these terms and conditions, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court in the Republic of Korea. Any claim against the KIC arising from these terms and conditions shall be adjudicated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any proceeding with any claim or controversy of any other party.
